Vivid 2 bed apartment in Burwood

Positive: The location was great Negative: It was not clean in the bathroom areas. We Didn't utilise the kitchen. Beds were super hard and too difficult to deal with the money side of things with the people that manage the property, even though the deposit had cleared on my end and confirmed with the bank it has processed and gone through and hit their account and received a confirmation from them (this bit is what I didn't understand), the person then contacts me after my stay the next week stating they hadn't received it and I couldn't get it back until it cleared...it was very confusing and very annoying going back and forth for days trying to get them to confirm they had received it and that I was in fact going to get it back. It turned me off ever booking accommodation through things like air bnb or privately owned accommodation options. It was not worth the money.

Positive: Location and space Negative: Only living atea has air conditioning. Bedrooms very hot

Positive: Good location Negative: Would've been good to have some long life milk there to have a cuppa on arrival after plane trip.
